If you live in the USofA the iOptron support is apparently excellent.
I haven't used the latest version of the iEQ45 so cannot comment and don't want to rubbish something I have no experience with. As for the AZ-EQ6, I have had one for a couple of years and, though I only use it in AZ mode, I have had no problems with it other than it occasionally moving off the target after the GoTo has found it....
