This was my first 'real' telescope, purchased from an IIS member a few years ago. It introduced me to the wonderful world of astronomy but, after purchasing an 8" SCT & now chasing a Coronado PST, it has to go.

The scope is in excellent condition & has recently had a service on the crayford style focuser. Optics are clean & bright.

Whilst I haven't done any dedicated astrophotography with this scope, I believe that it would be very competent in that role; it is an outstanding scope visually & I have been able to push the magnification to extreme on good seeing nights to readily discern the cassini division of Saturn.

Included with the scope will be a pair of Williams Optics 80mm scope rings & a short vixen style dovetail. This gives you the option of mounting it on the original rotating vixen style mount or, attaching with scope rings.

Comes in it's original aluminium case.

Please note, there is a small amount of dust showing in the pictures of the objective lens; there are no scratches I can assure you.
