30 Doradus
Clear skies last Friday night,
Tarantula Nebula taken from my backyard using 80x33"subs ISO1600, Hutech Filter + previous data 20x30"subs : Total 54min (Unguided) in good seeing.
Difficulty in framing from the Ghost Head through to NGC2070 using the F5 1250 focal length but managed to fit it in-just!. Testing my patience trying to keep it centred in the DSLR's frame and plate solving manually is a pain, particularly after frequent focus rechecking to another star and slewing back to the target object. The joys hey- I keep saying it but I reckon I'm just about ready for guiding..
