Looking for a M48 5mm spacer (M48 male to M48 female - not a M48 to M42 stepdown adapter). Oddly hard to find. Something like this:

Basically I want to attach my SW coma corrector to my Orion TOAG. The scope side of the TOAG has m48 female threads and the coma corrector has male m48 threads so it’s a match BUT the coma corrector doesn’t fully screw into these threads. Any help appreciated :-)
