I had received an SMS about 18 months ago from a blocked number, claiming to be from Commbank. The message said that a payment had failed and to click <THIS LINK> to make it right.
Yeah, nah... I did the same as Colin, and logged in through the official CBA app. No bounced payments or login difficulties.
