I found Inside Pixinsight a great place to start.
As Rick says, i started with simple workflows that I stuck to - noise reduction and stretching. And gradually built it up.

One of the best things I found was saving processes on the desktop with settings I need and saving them all as a project. Then it's all there in front of you - one for making masters, calibrating/stacking, linear and non-commercial processing etc.
