Sure, but it's a lot easier if you replace the whole dash ... and the steering wheel, and seats, and doors, and engine, and drivetrain, and wheels, and body ...

Sell it, and buy a car with the features you actually need.

(This may not, at first, appear to be useful advice, but I've spent half my life trying improvements that I later realised were costing me more than just getting the car I wanted in the first place).
