A question not often thought about....!! ( but who really cares )
I put this question to a Real Estate Agent recently.
Why is a ' water front Unit / House cost more than say.. a house up on the hill.
It's all about ' position ... position ' he explains ... people will ' fork out ' big dollars for a sea side view
I said well that's a bit silly isn't it
What do mean
he said ..!!
Well if the sea levels are rising because of ' global warming ' , I'd expect the house on the hill would be more expensive ... the one's on the water front won't be there for much longer .....
He just ' shrugged ' his shoulders and started talking to someone else ...
