Sorry, I will explain.
When you pick up your registered filter output files, and open them as lights (picture) files, check them in DSS. Click Register checked pictures...
The Register Settings box will open. Tick the "Register Already Registered pictures" on that page. You want to select the 100%, but you don't need to stack them as you can't really use the stacked blended file. Push "Stacking Parameters" button, select the "Intermediate Files" tab, when that opens you will see (second line down) a box to tick for "Create a registered/calibrated file for each light frame", tick that box to great your reg files.
Select the TIFF file format just below that.
That should take care of it.
