Thanks everyone for your advice and good wishes. I will reply to all the PMs, and those that expressed an interest in the scopes will get first crack. As suggested, I will pull the sale back, at least till I have completed Rehab, and worked out what my new living arrangements may be.
I will leave it up for today so folks can see this post, then withdraw it - for now.
