Dovetail Mount Adaptor. I used this to modernise an old equatorial mount to take a 8" reflector. It worked well, however, the reflector was not suited for my purposes so I sold it off cheap. I never used the mount afterwards so after offering to give it away for free, I salvaged this part before taking it to the dump.
