Looks like it might be a trip to the local Canon dealer for a little 'check-up'..
That is only the physical damage. No telling what electrical damage it's done..

ps. If dunked in salt water, the best thing to do with any electronic device, is immediately turn it off, remove the batteries n dunk in fresh water n leave it there till you can disassemble n dry it out..
