Well last night i went to my dark site even though the sky was full of moonglow.
I was getting a few long exposures of the water and rocks, when a small swell turned into a bigger one.
Well you guessed it the tripod and the camera went for a swim in the Southern Ocean...........................?
As soon as i got back to the car i had the heater on full with the missus holding it for the drive home.
When i got home i removed the back cover and dried it as good as i could with a small hair dryer.
When inspecting it closer with a mag. glass, i found on chip/resistor/diode? has blown 4 feet off one end.
Is there anyone out there that could possibly know what this is, or point me in someones direction for repair
Or does it look like i will be eating bread and butter sangers for the next 6 months to save up for the replacement
