Took these pictures of Rupes recta and Crater "Birt" on Friday night.. They are about 40 minutes apart, the first taken when i was setting up shows 2 tiny "Diffraction like" spikes on top edge of “Birt” which are not present in the second picture .I have enlarged and cropped to show the effect more clearly . The seeing was fairly good as can be seen by the picture of jupiter. It must have been a processing artifact as nothing obvious appears on the AVI.Thought I'd share it though.
