Hi Alex - on the Help menu you'll find an option to Open Log Folder. There you'll find the log files which are much more useful than screen shots. Find the one with GuideLog in the name, zip it up and attach it. I'll be happy to have a look at it.
You'll also see files with DebugLog in the name. They are huge and only needed if you have problems with the program, so leave them.
