I use Winzip. But I tried it with Winrar as well and it unzips fine.
Maybe try
Winzip or something else.
If that's the file size then it's wrong.
Try this. I'll rar it for you. Download it from
here instead.
The rar file size you download should be 2,103,572 bytes.
