Hi Geoff, The difference between actual shoe size and the Husky is about one size, also remember that you will want to wear thick socks that will need a little extra room for comfort. I'm 5' 10" and about 100kg and i have a XL size. It has plenty of length as you can see in the pictures and plenty of growing room around the middle
