This image of the mighty glob was taken from my backyard last Thursday night of an old favourite amongst many stargazers I'm sure.

Shot through my Newt with 87x30"subs@ISO800 with UV/IR cut & modified Canon 60D.

This forum has shared invaluable advice in this gratifying hobby for which I'm grateful as I feel I'm finally getting the gist of my setup, which was originally built soley for visual astronomy.
