The fact you are using CS2 is cool.....a little known fact is, most bank notes have a "constellation" on them.
The "EURion cluster" is used as an anti-counterfeit device that modern versions of image processing (scanning/printing software) that will not let you scan, let alone print bank notes.
Try to scan a pound/yen/dollar with Photoshop CC and see how far you get!
Early versions of Photoshop don't care
You can scan as much as you like....but print...well OK...that too....but
....I suspect there may be serious consequences if you try hand out your efforts!
