Proposals for March
On Saturday 10th Mar at 5.45AM looking north east.
The crescent moon, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Antares all together.
However it would take about 105 degrees FOV to get them all.
Leave out Jupiter and the FOV would be about 22 degrees.
I might just have a look with the eyeball scopes.
Also, on the 10th, the moon rises at about 0:11, and astronomical twilight ends ~21:00. So that gives about 3 hours of imaging time.
Looking south Crux will be in a great spot.
Or nearby in Centauris IC2944.
So maybe, to continue the bird theme, how about the 'Running Chicken'!
