You can make up a bias library if you want, but its not necessary if you use flat darks to make a master flat.
See this DSS screen capture of how they are used.
In my library I have a set of master darks of 15 mins, 10 mins, 5 mins, 2 mins, 1 min and for flat darks I use 10sec, 5sec and 3sec masters.
Every 12 months I make a new library, as the CCD gets older, more hot pixels have probably emerged.
