Nice work Rodney! Colour is nice, composition too.
In terms of opportunity for improvement, I notice in the full view on Astrobin that the nebula looks a bit "plastic" and the larger stars also have a kind of "plastic" looking halo on them too. I've seen the same kind of look to stars on my images when I went too far on noise reduction. I suspect you may have been a bit overzealous there and the image might be improved if you dial it back a bit. With 30hrs of data you shouldn't need much (if any!)
