Hi Mark ..if you get the usual good one, you'll have fun, thats for sure..occassional duds.
There not for purists, but for 600 ..whos complaining..and you can always sell it to the next person who wants to "taste" a big refractor..on sale for a short while...dont think they are remaking these.
PS: They have useable, but lousy focusers...use light yellow filter on Mars,Jupiter...and don't forget BINTEL actually check their scopes and don't send out duds!
