Hi David,
Colour management settings look OK. Would be worth profiling your monitor if you get a chance - it probably doesn't have the same gamut as sRGB. As you said, it looks like the ICC profile was removed after working on the image in PI.
Attached images are 1) original, 2) HT tweak/red mask, 3) additional contrast curve.
