The image doesn't appear to have an embedded ICC colour profile, so it's difficult to tell exactly what it should look like. You might want to check your colour management settings.
Assuming it should be sRGB, I think you can make some small improvements pretty easily. I'd clip the blue and the green a little to warm it up (looks like you have a slight blue/green colour cast). Another thing to try is to use the ColorMask script to make a red mask, blur it with a little Convolution, apply the mask to the image and lift the red a bit with CurvesTransformation. That will make the red Ha areas pop a little more.
I did give this a go so if you're interested I can post a small before/after shot...
