Weight and possibly ease of manufacture (making CF tubes any size is quite simple).
CF is NOT something you want in a refractor - otherwise, the high-end likes of AP, Tak, TEC, CFF etc would be using them. Look how popular the Officina Stellare Vipers with CF tube were (NOT!).
Yuri Petrunin of TEC and several other manufacturers have explained very well before why CF is NOT prime for refractors.
