As for the colour mapping, it depends on how you did your colour calibration as to how it will look.

Given the strong purple it looks like Ha and OIII are being represented but there is very little SII showing. If you want to show relatively signal strengths then you’ve done that well, if you wanted to show all three channels then the green needs to be boosted as its pretty faint
Thanks Colin. Yes the green's impact is minor but still seen within the orange sections. I left the relative contribution of each filter as they were captured and then just stretched the combined result. As to the linearity of that stretch, well probably iffy . The un-stretched RAW versions is what the University wants.
