This is a 10" Dobsonian Reflector Telescope, F/5.6, Focal Length 56", Discovery brand. This scope is capable of viewing detail views of the moon, structures of the major planets such as Jupiter moons, Saturn rings, star clusters such as Omega Centurai and the gas nebulae cloud of Orion.
Dobsonian telescopes have become popular because of their ease of use and their ability to collect light for fainter objects.
The mirror has just received a professional clean for optimum use.
The telescope comes without required eyepieces. Suitable Plossle eyepieces such as 15mm and a 32mm are approx $49 each. A finder scope is included to help find your targets.
