Hi Leon,
Your neighbours friend must be my neighbour. He too leaves the back yard flood light on for his dog so that the poor didums doesnt have to sleep in the dark.
Funny though he doesnt seem to care enough to actually go out and play with it for even 5 minutes in a week (nor can I recall when it was actually walked, if ever), but it can't be left to sleep in the dark....
