Great image Steve - very faint difficult object.
The faint PN in the bottom corner is faintly visible on Simbad (AladinLite) but Longmore 8 isn't visible. The small PN doesn't have a designation on Simbad.
As far as the blue goes - there is a lot of blue in the right side of the image - doesn't look like a reflection nebula. Maybe it is a large faint PN? Could it be some sort of artifact?
