When I am doing my calculations I use:
Pm= Pixel size in microns
FL= Your focal length
Px= Number of pixels in X axis
Py= Number of pixels in Y axis

((((Pm*206.265))/FL)*Px)/60

So with my QHY163 and refractor it would be:
(3.8*206.265)/677= 1.1577
(1.1577*4656)/60= 89.84 arcminutes
(89.84/4656)*3522= 67.96 arcminutes
