Why GITZO, why?
I love photography as much as I love Astro. I like portraits and landscapes. I now love star scapes.
I’ve wanted to upgrade my photography tripod for a while and having recently bought a SW AZ GTI for camping/travel, thought I would buy a tripod that could fit both light weight Astro and general photography purposes.
Why oh why is a gitzo systematic tripod with head over $2000. I mean, seriously, an AZ EQ6 is only $2500, with all its engineering and electronics. The volume of sales would also be massively in gitzos favor.
So why? I simply do not understand?
