Yes Andrew. That's why I thought a small book would be best. I'll try to track down William-Bell and see what they say. I've tried a few publishers without success so far.
As for re-arranging the text, I'm sure there'll be some, but hopefully not as much as reconstructing it from the web page - I split up the book manuscipt to suit the website. Just massaging the manuscript will hopefully be easier!
