I think we all become amateur meteorologists! I suppose understanding the weather is part of the skill set of an astronomer but it's also become an interest in its own right, especially against the background of global warming.

As others have mentioned, photography has obvious overlaps with astronomy. Then camping because both appeal to nature lovers who like being outdoors. Then anything around science and technology is likely to appeal to an astronomer. Lots of astronomers are into electronics and computing, though that's often their job. On the other hand I know very few astronomers who are into mountain climbing, cross country running or yoga. Tarot cards, reading tea leaves and sacrificing goats are right out.
