Unless things have changed, SVAA and SVAC are completely separate things. The SVAA is behind a house (Kens) I have not been there for years so I don't know what the facilities are.
The SVAC camps are run at Crystal Lake cabins which is a different place (But nearby) and owned separately to SVAC.
