I spent the day travelling to Grafton... arrived about 3:00pm, then about and hour and a half doing the meet the family thing. Got back to mum's about 5 or 10 minutes before Antares was supposed to disappear, so I grabbed the 20x80s and had a look but I couldn't make out Antares. Not sure if I missed it, or if the noc's just weren't big enough to pick it in daylight...
