Thanks for pointing this out. I finally bit the bullet on a new DSLR, Nikon D5600 with 18-55 lens for $688 delivered, little easier on the wallet than full frame.
The D5600 has the latest gadgets to keep other family members happy too: touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth.
