Hi Julian.
Does not surprise me at all.
I could see QCs arguing about this until the money runs out.
The law basically says that you are responsible for what you sign up to unless you can plead "non es.factum"... I am not even sure of the spelling its been so long...but you can get out if the document is entirely different to what you thought you were signing...so maybe if you signed a transfer of title on your land believing it to be a mortgage you could get out of it....like all legal matters each case must be decided on its merits and how much the parties can afford.

I am confident that signing up here could create an enforceable contract... Which means say a spammer incured fees there would be a right to recover...if you can find them and if they have money ...obviously if OS we have immediate problems.
And of course to work out how this could be made work would cost a lot of money...mind you if there is money being paid I or someone else will come up with how...
It just gets to me the spammers I see go thru here and the keyboard pounding to get rid of them.

Did you see today..thread after thread by some doodle promoting loans...
All gone now but the time...and time is money...a bit of life wasted on a spammer.

And if one could find a solution I assumed it would be a money spinner cause everyone would buy the idea given the spamming.

Alex
