Hi Guys,
Anyone got an opinion on the above scope optically ?
There is one going over here for a reasonable price ( IMHO). Research says it's an entry level 8" F10 Schmidt Cassegrain pre UHCT on a motor driven EQ5 mount. No PC control or GoTo but I'd be demounting it anyway to go onto the EQ6.
It's a rare-ish el cheapo beastie that was put together to compete with a similar Celestron offering about late '90's - 2000 from a posting in CloudyNights. Looks to be in excellent condition.
