Interesting that the Meade mount no votes
I saw a 10" scope on top of one those mounts on Saturday. It looked a bit funny. Big ota and not that big a mount. Would be hopeless in a slight breeze
Not surprising the EQ6 is at 46% of vote as that seems what most say would suit now or later.
The two I'm tossing with at the moment is the Orion Atlas EQ-G (same as EQ6) or the HEQ 5 Pro (white mount)
But the better half
is asking I get the AST G5 and leave some money for a rainy day
