Yep it did very well. But I want to spice the nights observing up with "Go TO" or DSC.
Stuart, what impressed you about the Celestron G5 mount at your club meet?

a bigger scope is a few years down the track at best. The Mak, will be with me for a long time. I like the Sphinx and it would sit on my wooden tripod just nicely.
