+1 for the Chinese unbranded from ebay. I have bought a few over the years all under $10 with free postage. The best ones run of rechargeable LI-ION batteries, (3.7v 18650). These batteries and chargers are also much cheaper to buy online ($2 ea). There are plenty of these Chinese suppliers with warehouses in Australia if you look. Just don't go too cheap as the really cheap ones, under $5 can be a bit iffy.
