I guess it depends a bit on whether or not your eyepiece holder allows the eyepiece to wiggle in the focuser barrel and whether or not that focuser uses a brass clamp or simple screws either side to arrest the eyepiece. The screw models tend to slightly push the eyepiece off perfect perpendicularity, which looks similar to alignment error.
PS: there is a lot of dust in your imaging train. Try flat fields to sort that out unless you have the gear to clean all surfaces without introducing other artifacts.
PPS: if run something like Backyard EOS, you can use the live view feed from the 1100D to take multiple short exposures, then stack the ones with the least atmospheric disturbance and wavelets sharpen the result. There is more to be had with your setup.
