Could anyone suggest the best method of combining data taken on one night to another.

I have Lum and Ha data from 2015 and last night I want to combine

While all subs are at 10 mins they are slightly rotated and I have different Flats for both sets.

Do i just Batch process each nights separately, Star Align then use Pixmath to combine. If so, what is the best expression.

Or is there a better option?
