I dealt with Andrews once, never again.
I bought an item from them and it was broken on arrival, i informed them and got nothing but abuse, and it was not their fault, and on it went with abusive letters etc. I still have those letters.
In the end they actually realized it was their fault.
No apology,
I would not even suggest their company to anyone.
Crap place to buy anything..I expect this will be deleted by the Mods
