2000+ years ago, humanity started to wonder and attempt to explain and understand the world around them, the stars above them (for I dare not call them "heavens") and the intricacies of life and death - the concepts that could not be explained or understood were attributed to that of a "God" - a fail-safe option for everything. To me, when you die, that's it. Adios muchachos. Literally ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Become a star citizen again by donating your atoms to the eventual rebirth of another carbon based organism.

Agreed... why is it that when someone talks to an imaginary friend, they get locked up as crazy, yet those who talk to "God" don't... make no sense at all...
