Steve Lee designed and built a 31cm Newtonian on a non-motorised ball
mount which he then sold to a mutual colleague around about 1997.
The scope is stiil in use today. One of its nicest features is that you can sit next to
it on a stool and rotate the eyepiece around to eye level.
