Nice shot Paul I think its a big improvement on the colour and contrast/brightness of your last one.

Andrew, from what I understand (and I'm still learning in a big way) Its the exposure rate that "stills" the jiggly image and to a degree determines how much colour you get (along with saturation, gain etc), frame rate tends to determine how much compression gets done to the image (and consequently how much detail is kept of the image). The faster the frame rate the more compression to get it down the usb line before the next image is ready to download. So its a bit of a balancing act of trying to get as many images per second with reducing compression to a minimum.


At least that's how I understand it.
