Donald Trump accuses Barack Obama of 'wire-tapping' office during election.

Does he have any credibility to be making these type of statements without producing any evidence? I certainly doubt Trump's accusation is true.

I think many people would feel the claim is false but there is a need for an investigation into the accusation due to who is making this accusation, who the accused person is & the seriousness of what is being claimed.

I would be very surprised if Obama was involved in this type of thing but it is possible someone in his administration had wiretaps done without Obama's authorisation.

What happens if there is nothing found for even suspecting that there may have been wiretapping directed at Trump? Then NOTHING that Trump says can be taken at face value!

Trump's tweets included:

~How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process.~

Trump never seemed to treat the election process as being sacred. Many statements by him accusing a rigged system and media influence.

Another Trump tweet:

~Who was it that secretly said to Russian President, "Tell Vladimir that after the election I'll have more flexibility?"~

Obviously, readers are supposed to think this was said by Obama. So how does Trump know of this being said? Knowing verbatim what Obama has said is reason to suspect wiretapping (I realise it's not the only way to know what was said).

If nothing is found to show any wiretapping then Trump completely loses any credibility. How can the USA have a president with zero credibility?
