If the person were one that looked like ‘the’----
or simply looked 'different'
or not as 'famous'
would the incident make this news at all or a different kind?
would we not notice or even agree with the treatment?
or even ask for harsher?
One may feel empathy and injustice for this case, right?
Do we feel
similar empathy for others
that regularly cop disdain, insults, insolence
-in words and treatments socially and in jobs and housing
(check this T/F, ‘
felt like I had been’ is routine and includes ‘was also’ for many)
on account of appearing different.
